The Korean International Trade Association (Chairman In-Ho Kim) jointly hosted ‘ASEAN e-Commerce Expansion Strategy Seminar and Conference’ on January 24th at COEX in Seoul.
This seminar was intended to offer e-commerce marketing strategies in major countries and introduce the growing ASEAN market to small and medium businesses intending to expand overseas through e-commerce. In this seminar, strategies for e-commerce market expansion were presented by Lazada and Elevenia, the leading e-commerce entities in the ASEAN countries, BLS Korea, a global e-commerce company, and Kmall24, the KITA’s B2C online shopping mall. In particular, Lazada and Elevenia received attention for its customized expansion strategies aimed at consumer characteristics in major ASEAN countries and special joint sales promotion on Korean products with pertinent domestic institutions, respectively.
