The Korea International Trade Association (Chairman, Kim Young-joo) signed a memorandum of understanding to boost ‘job creation and overseas employment for young job seekers’ with the Human Resources Development Service of Korea at the Trade Tower in Samseong-dong on July 20 and actively support Korean young talents to be employed in other countries through tailored overseas employment training programs.

Key agreements are to establish, run and post-manage customized education programs linking with the Korean companies operating in overseas, to hold domestic and global recruitment events including overseas job fair, to share infrastructure for post-management of the employees who are hired overseas, and to develop and find new markets to create jobs overseas. The two organizations agreed to form a working council and share various opinions at all times to improve the performance of young job seekers’ overseas employment.

Chairman Kim Young-joo of the Korea International Trade Association said, We will exert our efforts to resolve youth unemployment and to boost overseas employment in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.

Meanwhile, the Korea International Trade Association operates the 'K-Move School', an overseas employment program of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and supports overseas employment by selecting 300 trainees every year and running the 'Smart Cloud IT Master' course for employment in the IT field in Japan. In the second half of this year, the organization is planning to newly establish an employment course for Vietnam and diversify the training programs.
